Trump is a real estate developer from New York. In 2004 he began starring in the television reality series, The Apprentice. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
2. Hillary Clinton (Democratic)
Clinton served as Secretary of State in the Obama administration (2009-2013) after running against Barack Obama for president in 2008. She is a former U.S. Senator from New York (2001-2009), First Lady of the United States (1993-2001), First Lady of Arkansas (1983-1992), and is an attorney and former law professor.
3. Gary Johnson (Libertarian)
Johnson served as the 29th Governor of New Mexico from 1995 to 2003 as a member of the Republican Party. He was also the Libertarian Party's nominee for President of the United States in the 2012 election. Johnson founded one of New Mexico's largest construction companies.
4. Jill Stein (Green)
Stein is a medical doctor. She was also the Green Party's presidential nominee in 2012. She ran for Governor of Massachusetts in 2002 and 2010.

Beers is a Cecil County native. He served in the United States Navy where he achieved the rank of Petty Officer Second Class. 2. Anthony Brown (Democratic)
He served as Maryland's Lt. Governor for eight years with Governor Martin O'Malley. Previously, he was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates representing portions of Prince George's County.. He served as Vice Chair of the House Judiciary Committee and, later, as Majority Whip During his tenure, he deployed to Iraq to serve a tour of duty. He is a retired Colonel in the US Army Reserve. His duties include serving as aviator and JAG officer. He has a law degree and clerked for former Chief Judge Eugene Sullivan on the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Previously she served on the on the District Court for Prince George's County and as a Magistrate for the District Court for Prince George's County, an Assistant State's Attorney for Prince George's County, and a clerk for a Prince George's County Circuit Court judge.
5. Ingrid Turner
Turner is a former member of the Prince George's County Council. She served on the council for 8 years. A retired Naval officer, Turner served in the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General Corps.
6. Erik Nyce (incumbent)
Nyce is an Associate Judge for the 7th Circuit Court. He was appointed by Gov. Larry Hogan to fill a vacancy. Filling Attorney General or Comptroller Vacancies

If passed, changes the way the Governor fills a vacancy of the Attorney General or the Comptroller. Plus it requires a special election for vacancies that occur on or before a certain date.
Under current law, the Governor fills the vacancy for the remainder of the term left.
If passed, if the vacating Attorney General or Comptroller was a member of a political party, the Governor must fill the vacancy from a list of three names provided by the political party of the vacating official, and if no names are provided by the political party within a set time period, then the Governor must select a successor from the political party of the vacating official. If the vacating Attorney General or Comptroller was not a member of a political party, then the amended law requires the Governor to appoint any qualified individual.
If passed, the amended law requires a special election to replace the successor if the vacancy occurs early enough in the term to allow for candidates to participate in the regular elections held in the second year of the vacating official's term.
