WASHINGTON — Tuesday night is debate night, and as the U.S. gets ready to watch the first presidential debate between Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and Republican candidate Donald Trump, some local bars and restaurants and local political groups are hosting watch parties throughout D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
