Police: Maryland man charged with 105 counts of possession of child porn

Rudolph Sengsy, 22, of Fort Washington, is accused of possessing and distributing child pornography.

FORT WASHINGTON, Md. — A 22-year-old Fort Washington man is accused of possessing and distributing child pornography, Prince George's County police said.

Rudolph Sengsy, of the 1200 block of Van Buren Drive, was arrested Wednesday and charged with 105 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of distribution of child pornography.

On May 1, police were tipped off to Sengy's behavior by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Authorities launched an investigation that led to his arrest Wednesday morning.

Detectives say although Sengsy uploaded the illegal content to a social media platform, there is no indication he produced child porn or had any appropriate contact with children.

Sengsy is in custody of the Department of Corrections at this time.
