LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. — Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal car crash in Loudoun County.
Officials said the crash occurred just before 11 a.m. Sunday on Route 671 and Harpers Ferry Road near Route 340. The car ran off the road, hit several trees and went down an embankment, according to a police report.
The driver's identity has not been released at this time.
Police are still investigating what caused the car to run off the road.
