Damn, Daniel. You just won a lifetime supply of Vans.
Things just keep getting better for the teenager, turned Internet meme, Daniel Lara.
Lara became Internet famous after his friend, Josh Holz, began posting a string of Snapchat videos of the teen looking sharp. Holz says, “Damn, Daniel,” and “Back at it again with the white Vans."
Lara’s fresh-Van game appears to be paying off. On an episode of Ellen Wednesday, the teen learned that Vans is supplying him with a lifetime of sneakers.
And Vans has a lot to thank Lara for.
In the wake of the "Damn, Daniel" internet phenomenon, hundreds of “Damn Daniel White Vans” items have been posted on eBay.
And while a lifetime supply of Vans is nice, there are some other perks to becoming a meme, according to Lara.
He's received numerous marriage proposals from adoring teenagers across the country.
"I'm not in a rush to get married anytime soon. I'm 14-years-old," Lara told DeGeneres. "But (…) the girls are just a huge bonus out of all of this."
