WASHINGTON --- Un-bee-lievable! A woman was stung 20 to 30 times after strong winds knocked a beehive out of a tree and onto her.
The estimated gust of 45 mph was strong enough to knock the beehive out of the tree and it landed on her head when she was walking to pick her child up from daycare.
The local fire department buzzed into action quickly to help the woman. She opted to have her husband drive her to the hospital for further evaluation.
Because of the close proximity to young children at the daycare, the fire department sprayed the hive with foam to prevent any further incidences.
