WASHINGTON D.C., DC — A 25-year-old man is wanted in connection to the death of a three-month-old girl in Southeast, D.C., police said.
Authorities are currently searching for Cornell Delvonte Holton for the murder of the Skylar Newman. An autopsy revealed the cause of death was determined to be blunt force injuries.
On March 16, officials responded to the 4300 block of G Street in the Southeast, D.C. for an unconscious infant.
When they arrived, they tried performing CPR. Newman was taken to the hospital and was admitted in grave condition. Three days later, officials said Newman was pronounced dead.
