ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA9) -- The man connected with a double shooting in Alexandria was charged with malicious wounding on Friday.
Officials charged Andre Curtis Wilkins, 21, was transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Wilkins is being held with no bond.
The investigation is continuing and still active.
He was wanted in connection with a double shooting in Alexandria that happened on Nov. 18th, according to Fairfax County police.
Wilkins is described by police as a black male, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and around 170 pounds. Police say Wilkins had long hair in dreadlocks and a slight mustache and beard, but he has since shaved off the dreadlocks.

The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. in an apartment located in the 7900 block of Audubon Avenue in the Mouint Verno area.
Two men at the apartment were shot and transported to a local hospital. Marquel L. Davis, 21, of Alexandria died at the hospital, according to police.
