FAIRFAX, Va. — Fairfax County Police have arrested three people in connection to a string of thefts of over-the-counter medication.
Detectives received a tip in February that a group was targeting businesses around the county that sell over-the-counter medications. According to police, the group stole more than $120,000 worth of medication dating back to October 2022.
On May 18, detectives responded to the Safeway along Burke Centre Parkway, where police say the group had just left with an undisclosed amount of medication. Officers located Omovudu Iyesi, Anthony Manley, and Christen Jenkins Doyle in a car nearby and placed them under arrest.
The three are originally from New York originally, Iyesi is being held without bond. Manley is being held on bond and Doyle was being held on a secure bond. It is unknown when they will appear in court.
