As the pursuit entered Loudoun County, law enforcement from Clarke County saw the vehicle exit in the Purcellville area from Route 7. Loudoun County deputies responded to the area and the vehicle was quickly found empty on the campus of Patrick Henry College, which initially prompted the school lockdown.
