PURCELLVILLE, Va. — Two men who fled from police overnight in a pursuit that spanned multiple Virginia counties are now in custody, police confirmed.
Police have not yet specified what kicked off the pursuit, beyond calling it a domestic-related incident that occurred in Frederick County.
Police said that the occupants of the pursued vehicle were a father-son pair; 65-year-old Kenneth Sencindiver and 24-year-old Kenneth Sencindiver II.
As the pursuit entered Loudoun County, law enforcement from Clarke County saw the vehicle exit in the Purcellville area from Route 7. Loudoun County deputies responded to the area and the vehicle was quickly found empty on the campus of Patrick Henry College, which initially prompted the school lockdown.
Anyone with additional information can contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office by dialing 911.
