SPRINGFIELD, Va. — The Northern Virginia Community College closed its campus on Wednesday due to reports of a suspicious package, according to the college's website.
All on-campus activities were cancelled on Wednesday. The report of a suspicious package happened around 12:30 p.m.
Sky9 flew over the scene as the bomb squad's robot began searching the area.
The suspicious package was deemed not hazardous by authorities.
