FALLS CHURCH, Va. -- With the excitement from Fourth of July fireworks Wednesday night, some people may leave their things behind, never to be seen again.
But not for this child.
The City of Falls Church police have found a lost teddy bear that was left behind after the Fourth of July fireworks show in Falls Church.
The City of Falls Church twitter account tweeted out pictures of the bear that they nicknamed "Sergeant Katy Beary" hoping that they could return the stuffed toy to its owner.
"Did a VIP member of your family get left behind after the Fireworks show last night?," the tweet asked. "Not to worry: "Sergeant Katy Beary" is hanging out with @MGavinFCPS at City Hill in the meantime. Let us know if she's yours!"
Hopefully the teddy bear will be reunited with its owner soon!
