UPPER MARLBORO, Md. -- A suspect has been arrested and charged in connection to an assault incident in Maryland.
Michael Warrick has been charged with 'Second Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, and Fourth Degree Attempted Burglary'.
On January 12th, an arrest warrant for Warrick was in place after he became angry with a female victim. He then allegedly choked her, slapped her, threw her to the ground and then dragged her down a flight of stairs. She was able to escape to her house where Warrick tried to get into but was unable to, police said.
He was located shortly after the incident in Laurel, Md.
