A crash with an overturned vehicle was causing closures in the Silver Spring area Monday morning, Montgomery County police said.
The crash happened around 6:23 a.m. at Dale Dr. and Colesville Rd. Everyone inside of the vehicle has been extricated, police said.
Colesville Rd. has reopened.
