UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WUSA9) -- His last trial ended with a hung jury. The re-trial of a former high school teacher starts this morning in Prince George's County.
Thirty-four-year-old Andre Brown is charged with sexual abuse of a minor. He is accused of abusing a 17-year-old student at High Point High School.
The alleged incident with the underage girl happened in 2013 while Brown was teaching and coaching at the school.
