Police say a Woodbridge woman threatened another woman and threw a computer.
Thirty-four-year-old Elitor Owusu Agyare of Woodbridge is charged with abduction, assault and battery, and destruction of property.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA9) -- Prince William County police have arrested a woman who they say threatened a 58-year-old woman and cut the phone wire when the victim tried to call police.

Thirty-four-year-old Elitor Owusu Agyare of Woodbridge is charged with abduction, assault and battery, and destruction of property.

The incident happened around 11 a.m. at a business in Woodbridge on Wednesday.

The victim told police that Agyare verbally threatened her and cut the phone wire so she couldn't contact police. Agyare threw a computer on the floor and refused to let the victim leave, according to a police report.

Police say the victim was able to call police with a cell phone. Agyare fled before they arrived but then returned and was arrested without incident.
