Prince William County police are asking the public for information about a man who went missing four years ago.
Shane Ryan Donahue was reported missing from his residence in the Nokesville area of Prince William County on March 24, 2010.

NOKESVILLE, Va. (WUSA9) -- Prince William County police are asking the public for information about a man who went missing four years ago in March 2010.

Shane Ryan Donahue was reported missing from his residence in the Nokesville area of Prince William County on March 24, 2010. Police say he was last seen on March 22, 2012 at his home in the 12000 block of Aden Road.

According to police, Donahue did not have access to a vehicle and was known to frequently get rides from friends and other known acquaintances.

Police say he has known ties to the Northern Virginia, D.C., and Baltimore areas. He was entered into the national missing persons database when he was reported missing in 2010.

Donahue would be 27 in 2014. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, 5'11", 180 lbs, medium build with brown eyes and brown hair.
