WASHINGTON -- D.C. police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting in Southeast.
18-year-old Saoun Coplins, of Northeast, D.C. was shot to death Saturday in the 3000 block of Stanton Road, according to police.
Officers arrived on scene around 9:11 p.m. to find Coplins suffering from a gunshot wound. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services transported him to a local hospital where he later died.
