Peeping tom reported in Germantown TJ Maxx store

GERMANTOWN, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police are searching for a man who allegedly took photos underneath a woman's dress while she was shopping inside of the T.J. Maxx store in Germantown.

The peeping tom incident happened on Wednesday around 1:12 p.m. at the department store located at 20906 Frederick Road in Germantown, Montgomery County police said.

According to authorities the suspect was caught taking pictures underneath the victim's dress. She confronted him and he fled out of the store.

Police got surveillance photos of the suspect from the store and are now asking the public for help.
