ROCKVILLE, MD (WUSA9) — Police need help locating a missing 32-year-old man from Rockville, Md.
Tiberias Steven Foster was last seen at his residence, a rehabilitation facility on Denfield Road in Rockville.
Foster is described by police as an African American male, 5’ 10” tall and weighing 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair with tattoos on his face and neck.
Police and rehabilitation staff are concerned for Foster’s well-being.
