Ebony Neptune is school social worker originally from Norfolk, VA. She relocated to the Washington D.C. area in 1996 after receiving my Bachelors of Social Work degree from the Norfolk State University. She attended Howard University and graduated with my Master of Social Work degree in 1998.
Ebony has been in the profession of social work for 19 years and doesn't have one regret. Being the catalyst for change continues to be her motivation.
The moment Ms. Peter's asked her to participate in this project, Ebony realized the impact we will have on the needs of our students, family, and community in the City of Alexandria.
