Police have located the missing 21-year-old woman as of Wednesday night. They say that she is safe.

Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing woman who left behind a note for her family that officials say contained "concerning statements."
Candace Weaver was last seen leaving her home on Worthy Court in Woodbridge around 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police say Weaver is believed to be missing under voluntary circumstances as family members say they found a note she appears to have left behind. The note reportedly contained "concerning statements" written on it.
Weaver is considered endangered. She is described as a 21-year-old white woman. She is 5-foot-2 and weighs around 115 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a green and grey hooded sweatshirt with black pants, white shoes and carrying a tan purse.
