WASHINGTON -- D.C. police are looking for a missing Northwest woman.
Charlene Dowdy, 58, was last seen in the 8000 block of Eastern Ave., Northwest on Friday.
Dowdy is described by police as a black female who's 5-feet-6-inches, 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Police aren't sure of what Dowdy might be wearing.
