ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA9) -- A Metro spokesperson says that Blue Line trains were single tracking between the Braddock Road and Van Dorn Street stations after a gas leak was reported in Alexandria.
According to the spokesperson, the gas leak was reported at the Alexandria rail yard shortly after 1 p.m. Fire units and the gas company are handling the situation, says the spokesperson.
Trains stopped single tracking at approximately 2:35 p.m.
