You have all seen the video. Flood waters nearly sweep a woman away Saturday night in Ellicott City.
Then a man instructs a small group of bystanders to form a human chain linking hands and together, they pulled the woman from her car.
“Grateful, I’m thankful. I wish I knew how to get in touch with him. It was brave, really brave,” said 29-year-old Jamie Knight on Sunday.

“There is a lot of people who need a lot of help and a lot of love right now,” Jason Barnes said.
