COLUMBIA, Md. (WUSA9) -- Howard County police have identified the woman who was found disoriented in Columbia Tuesday.
The woman was found in the 7100 block of Minstrel Way in Columbia at around 10:00 p.m. She appeared disoriented and was taken to Howard County General Hospital, police say.
Officers are struggling to confirm her identity and would like to contact her family.
Police say the woman is safe.
