A wedding videographer became an impromptu storm chaser as he captured a waterspout over the Chesapeake Bay during Sunday's storms.
Vincent Chapman, of Sargas Media, was filming a wedding at Downs Park when the storms came through around 2:30 in the afternoon.
The National Weather Service issued a marine warning during this time for the area to include the possibility of waterspouts and/or high winds. No injuries were reported.
