Man stabs brother to death in Prince George's County

Huran Jackson was charged with first and second degree murder and related charges, according to police.

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — A man was found stabbed to death inside of his Upper Marlboro home early Tuesday. Homicide detectives say a man stabbed his brother to death.

Officers with the Prince George's County Police Department responded to Captain Bayne Court, off of John Rogers Boulevard, around 1:45 a.m. after receiving a report of a cutting. Once at the location, they found a man inside of a home suffering from trauma to the body.

The man was pronounced dead, according to police. He was later identified as 48-year-old David Grant of Upper Marlboro.

Police say Grant's brother,  Harun Jackson, 41, stabbed him during a dispute. Jackson is charged first and second-degree murder and related charges. He is in the custody of the Department of Corrections.   

The investigation into the deadly stabbing is active and ongoing.
