Man charged with sexual assault after exposing himself to people inside elevator, police say

Emmanuel Horton has been charged with indecent exposure, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex assault.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A man is facing charges after police say he exposed himself to people inside an elevator in Montgomery County.

According to the Montgomery County Department of Police, 35-year-old Emmanuel Horton has been charged with indecent exposure, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex assault.

Investigators claim Horton exposed himself to customers inside an elevator in the 900 block of Thayer Ave. just after 9:30 a.m. Monday.

When officers arrived to investigate, they found Horton a short distance away. He was later taken to the Central Processing Unit where he is currently being held without bond. 

Police have released a photo of Horton, believing there may be other indecent exposure incidents and more victims.
