PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. — A Fort Washington man is facing charges after police say he killed another man who was reported missing in April 2023 by family and is believed to be dead.

According to the Prince George's County Police Department, 23-year-old Parrish Goode is charged with the murder of 20-year-old Damion Myers of Fort Washington.
Myers was reported missing by his family on April 15, 2023. They told officers they had not heard from Myers since the day before when he left seeking a ride from Goode. Police began investigating Myers's whereabouts and claimed to have found evidence indicating Myers was shot inside Goode's car.
Despite searching extensively for several months, officers have not been able to find Myers's body.
Homicide Unit detectives arrested Goode on December 21, 2023, and say Goode admitted to shooting Myers and disposing of his body in the Fort Washington area. The motive behind the deadly shooting is still under investigation.
Goode has been charged with first and second-degree murder and other related charges. He remains in the custody of the Department of Corrections without bond.
