LARGO, Md. — One person was killed and another was wounded in a shooting in Largo on Monday afternoon, the Prince George's County Police Department said.
Around 12:30 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 600 block of Harry S. Truman Drive – not far from the Prince George's Community College Baseball Field.
When officers arrived, they found a man who was suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second man was found who had also been shot. He was taken to an area hospital where police said he's in stable condition.
