SILVER SPRING, Md. — A fourth person wanted in connection to a deadly shooting outside Sweet Sweet Kitchen in Silver Spring last year has been arrested. Police announced the arrest of D'Angelo Holley, 24, on Monday.
Holley has been on the run since the March 5, 2023, shooting death of Deandre Keith Ellis. Ellis was found shot dead in his car in the 900 block of Bonifant Street. Police have still not determined the motive behind the shooting
Since the shooting, Montgomery County Police have arrested three other people for the shooting, Cousins Kajohn McCombs and Ahmahd McCombs were taken into custody on March 14, 2023. In November, police arrested D'Andre Lukes in Drums, Pennsylvania. All three are being held without bond.
Holley was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. He is currently awaiting a bond hearing, according to police.
