SILVER SPRING, Md. — Update: The missing 12-year-old girl has been found and is safe, according to police in Montgomery County.

Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 12-year-old Maryland girl who was last seen driving on Wednesday.
Detectives say the girl was last seen driving a blue Hyundai Tucson, with a Maryland license plate northbound on New Hampshire Avenue at Heartsfield Drive in Silver Spring at 8 p.m. on Wednesday. She was described as a 12-year-old Black girl, she is 5-foot-6, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black crop top and grey leggings.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency Line at 301-279-8000.
Police have not said who the car belongs to or if Kimora has driven before. It is unknown where she may have been headed.

Police are investigating after a Metro worker was stabbed at the Silver Spring Station Wednesday evening.
According to the Metro Transit Police Department, MTPD and Montgomery County Department of Police, officers were called to the metro station around 5:30 p.m. for reports of a stabbing just outside of the station entrance.
