MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA9) -- Police arrested an 18-year-old man in connection with a shooting that happened in Manassas, Va. on February 24.
The shooting happened at the intersection of Stonewall Road and McKenzie Circle, according to Manassas City Police. Paul David Thomas, 18, was the primary suspect in the case. He was arrested on February 25, after being taken into custody on a traffic stop in the area of Liberia Avenue and Stonewall Road.
Thomas is being charged with aggravated assault, use of firearm in the commission of a felony, and discharging a firearm in public.
He is being held without bond and has a pending court date of March 19, police said.
The victim in the shooting, an adult male sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to authorities.
