FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A 28-year-old gymnastics coach is behind bars for allegedly having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenage girl, police said.
Aryan Mazloum-Yazdi was arrested Friday night at his Manassas home and is now facing several charges, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. Mazloum-Yazdi worked as a coach at Capital Gymnastics National Training Center in Burke, where police said he met the girl.
Mazloum-Yazdi was charged with five counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a child, police said.
Authorities are asking anyone who believes their child may have had inappropriate contact with Mazloum-Yazdi to contact them immediately at 703-246-7845.
