WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Residents in the District showed their funk Saturday along the U Street corridor for the second annual D.C. Funk Parade.
The Funk Parade and festival is a big celebration of the city's diversity and culture.
The day long street party started at noon and featured more than 30 performances in addition to the parade.
The parade started around 5 p.m. on the 600 block of T Street.
