WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The investigation into who failed Relisha Rudd got a new look Friday.
D.C. Councilman Jim Graham called for a roundtable discussion on the recently released case report. It examined the District's involvement with the missing eight-year-old and her family prior to Relisha's disappearance.
The report from the mayor's administration found D.C. agencies did everything they could to prevent Relisha from disappearing, however, the same report found policies which were in place were not followed.
D.C. government officials started to testify on their findings Friday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Building.
