UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WUSA9) -- Prince George's County police are investigating a bank robbery in Upper Marlboro on Tuesday morning.
Police say the bank robbery happened in the 14000 block of Church Street.
A man walked into the Bank of America, pulled out a gun and demanded cash. He then sped away in older model, gray Volvo station wagon.
The suspect is described as an African American male with a medium complexion, in his 40s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing between 150 and 170 pounds. He was wearing a black leather hat, a black jacket, burgundy shirt and blue jeans, according to police. He also was wearing some sort of patch over his left eye.
