No firefighters injured after battling NW DC house fire

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- No firefighters were injured Monday night while battling a house fire in Northwest D.C.

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- No firefighters were injured Monday night while battling a house fire in Northwest D.C. 

According to D.C. fire, two firefighters were briefly missing inside the home where the fire occurred but have both been accounted for. 

D.C. fire originally said a firefighter suffered non-life threatening injuries, but Chief Gregory Dean said no firefighters were injured during a later update.   

The fire happened in the 1400 block of Delafield Place NW.
