It's rare to see the streets of Downtown D.C. completely empty. So when the Snowzilla blizzard brought almost two feet of snow to the District, Brendan Kittredge didn't let the opportunity to have some fun go to waste.
Before the roads were plowed, Kittredge and his friend got to snowboard around D.C. by strapping some cables to his Jeep and going along for a ride.

Based on a quick glance through Kittredge's YouTube page, it appears he is an avid snowboard and wakeboarder.
I would also like to commend the guy in the green jacket for wearing a helmet.
