18-year-old Nasir Wallace has been charged with resisting arrest and operating an ATV bike on public space, police say.
Wallace, among others, was involved in a video posted to Reddit showing several suspects laughing as they cruised through the streets of DC on ATVs. Following them are at least two police cars and an officer on a bicycle. The video later shows the officer attempting to grab one of the ATV riders and falling off of his bike. The officer suffered minor injuries.
Operating an ATV, dirt bike, or minibike is illegal on public space in the District.
