WASHINGTON — DC Police are asking for the public's help identifying two men wanted for a robbery in Northeast. Investigators just released surveillance video of the men they are looking for.
According to police, the robbery happened early Wednesday morning at the Denny's in the 4400 block of Benning Road Northeast, at around 4 a.m. Two men reportedly used a gun to rob the restaurant and took off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspects were caught on nearby surveillance cameras. Anyone who may recognize the two people of interest are asked to call DC Police at 202-727-9099 or text the department's tip line at 50411.
The Metropolitan Police Department offers a reward of up to $10,000 for anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.
