Man wanted for burglary of a business in Northeast

Once inside the robber took property and fled the scene like a thief in the night.

WASHINGTON — DC Police are searching for the man who broke into a business in Northeast.

On Monday, a man broke into a business along 8th Street just before 12:30 a.m. Once inside, the robber took property and fled the scene like a thief in the night.

The thief can be seen breaking into the back door through surveillance video captured by the building’s camera. 

Anyone who can identify this suspect or has any information about this incident should take no action but to call police at (202) 727-9099. Anyone who wishes to remain anonymous should text 50411. Police are offering $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
