WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- It's official! Bei Bei's eyes are now partially open, according to a National Zoo tweet Tuesday morning.
The baby panda's eyes are partially open and his teeth buds are developing, the zoo stated. He is weighing in at 4.5 pounds.
