WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- An arrest has been made in connection with a homicide that happened in Northeast, D.C. in June and left a 44-year-old man dead.
The homicide happened on June 13 in the 2300 block of 15th Street, according to Metropolitan police. Donald Franklin Bush, 44, of Upper Marlboro was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested Rodney Baggott, 47, of Southeast, D.C. Thursday morning in connection with the homicide. He is being charged with second degree murder while armed in the shooting of Bush.
