WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The Red Line is single tracking between Medical Center and Friendship Heights due to an arcing insulator in the tunnel at the Medical Center, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue said.
Riders should expect delays in both directions.
Two shuttle buses are in service between Grosvenor and Friendship Heights.
