BETHESDA, Md. (WUSA9) -- A man who was accused of squatting a million dollar home in Bethesda was indicted on seven counts Thursday by the Montgomery County Grand Jury.
James Devlin Crombie is being indicted on the following charges: first-degree burglary, theft of $100,000 plus, two counts of fraud-personal identifying information theft, obtain good- money forgery, and theft to $10,000 to under $100,000.
Crombie was accused of moving his entire family into the home he did not own located in Bethesda last year.
"We look forward to prosecuting Mr. Crombie and proving beyond a reasonable doubt that he committed the below attached crimes," said Ramon Korionoff, public affairs director for the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office.
