WHITE OAK, Md. — Montgomery County police are investigating a stairwell shooting in a White Oak apartment last week.
Authorities received 911 calls on July 10 for shots fired in the 1500 block of November Circle.
Officers arrived to find several shell casings and what appeared to be blood in a stairwell. However, they did not find any victims.
Witnesses told police they heard people arguing just before the shooting. Two black men were seen entering a possibly gray or silver sedan, leaving the area after the sounds of shots.
