Four people were injured in a Charles County car crash Tuesday night.
The crash happened in the area of Bryans Road around 8 p.m. Three people were flown to the hospital after the accident.
The sheriff's department says a driver was going the wrong way down Indian Head Highway near Marshall Hall Road and hit a car sitting at a stop sign. That car was pushed into oncoming traffic causing collisions with two more cars.
The crash is still under investigation.
