WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- We're expecting rain through Sunday thanks to some storms ahead of Hurricane Joaquin. Heavy rain often leads to flooding in some areas and if you have to be out driving the rest of this week, we want you to be prepared for any flooded roads.
In Leesburg, officials have closed Dry Mill Road between Woodburn Road and Thomas Mill Road. due to a pipe failure. A detour has been set up via Woodburn Road, Harmony Church Road and Business Route 7.
